In order to realise RelationMedia’s ambitious growth plan, a strong fundament is crucial – especially when it comes to logistics and workflows. To optimise these elements, RelationMedia has partnered with engineering and software company Logimatic.
Logimatic, which is headquartered in Aalborg, has followed RelationMedia closely for the past six months. The result is a concrete action plan aimed at optimising the company’s logistics and digitalising its workflows.
”Given our ambitious growth plans, it is essential that we have a very solid fundament. Logimatic has helped us zero in on how we can optimise our internal processes, logistics and workflows. It goes without saying that we are very excited to get started with their recommendations,” says Martin Callisen, COO at RelationMedia.
The two parties have had a handful of meetings over the past six months, during which Logimatic has delved into RelationMedia’s processes in order to identify potentials for optimisation.
”When a company is growing to such a degree as is the case at RelationMedia, it puts pressure on logistics. It is therefore a strategic move to start making efforts to optimise and digitalise logistics,” says Ulrik Gavlshøj Petersen, Business Development Manager at Logimatic.
