Meet our Project Manager/Developer - Morten Fuglsang Klitgaard
As Project Manager and developer at Logimatic, I have a highly variable work. I work both as responsible for implementation of projects and on large and small software development tasks, - both on my own projects and the ones managed by my colleagues.
In my department we also have 24/7 support of our LOGIA solutions, where I also is a part of this guard rotation, as part of my work.
Working at Logimatic
At Logimatic is a very close, friendly and collegial culture with knowledgeable and friendly colleagues, who always are ready to help if you need answers to questions or help with a task. In addition, Logimatic has a good social atmosphere in which I already after a short time employment felt like an integral part of the Company and the department.
With various tasks within project management, software development and support, you as employee has many good opportunities to turn activities, responsibilities and daily life into a track that fit your skills and ambitions.

Meet our Software Developer - Jesper Dalsgaard Thomsen
I am working as a software developer at Logimatic. Besides working with the standard development of SERTICA, I work with different project tasks in relation to our customers from all over the world. This means that my tasks vary a lot, and I always learn from interesting new business areas.
Furthermore, I focus much of my time on improving the users’ experience of SERTICA – both in relation to speed and user-friendliness. This includes the use of different tools to analyse our code and database to identify potential problems. This can be very fun and time-consuming detective work, which is also why, it is particularly satisfying when I find the cause for a problem I have been searching for in a long time.
Working at Logimatic
It is always nice to go to work because we have a very humoristic atmosphere in the entire company. Everyone speaks to everyone no matter your position, and there is plenty of room to have fun as well. It is also accepted if you need to immerse yourself in a task for a period and have less time for socialising.
The company has a great team spirit: often arranging events and team-building trips. We, the employees, often meet privately as well, which usually includes good food and drinks.
Food is generally a reoccurring topic of conversation – especially, when we are having lunch and enjoying great food at our canteen.

Meet our Project Engineer Automation – Jens Grønbek Jensen
As part of the Engineering team in Værløse, I am a part to service and develop industrial automation solutions to the utility industry, including wastewater treatment plants and CHP. My primary work is PLC program development for Siemens and Schneider systems, system design of automation solutions and SCADA application programming (IGSS).
The majority of our customers are located in the immediate area, so in addition to project management and development at large or small projects, I am in touch with consultancy and sales to customers.
As permanent contact person for one of our clients, I stand ready to support in case of breakdown, also outside normal workings hours.
Working at Logimatic
One of the things I weigh at most is the mutual flexibility on the job at Logimatic. I have previously competed at a high level of professionalism in the long distance triathlon, and although the training efforts are no longer in line with previous, I am still competing professional. With my full time job at Logimatic, I still feel there is a good balance between job, family and sports.
In the professional field, there is plenty of opportunities to move around the different areas of work. I keep getting new challenges and the opportunity to improve my skills in the areas that I find interesting.
At our office in Værløse there is a lovely relaxed atmosphere where everyone contributes to a healthy community.
