Management of automated warehouses
In businesses in which automation is implemented into the stock process, automated warehouse cranes and transport equipment are often incorporated into the solution.
LOGIA contains modules for the control of equipment at both automated and manually controlled warehouses, such that the entire internal flow of goods can be integrated and efficiently controlled in a single system. The following automatic modules are chosen as needed and can always be added at a later date:
- High bay store - automatic pallet crane storage
- Satellite store - automatic pallet crane storage with deep stacking of pallets in shelves
- Miniload store - automatic miniload crane storage
- Vertical lifts - paternoster/column lifts
- Carousel store - horizontal carousel shelves
- Gravity lane store
- Conveyor control - automatic internal transport
- etc.
System set-up and functionality is configured in close collaboration with the customer such that the system supports the enterprise’s business procedures and is integrated into the enterprise’s other IT systems.
